TATTOO DEPOSIT AGREEMENT
**This deposit is non- refundable and non-transferable.*
Deposits cover the cost of time and efforts that go into your design and to hold your appointments. Please take this into consideration before booking and respect the value of our artists time.
*Deposits are good for the original appointment date, time, and agreed upon design. Any changes to the agreed upon design (placement, size, color, number of sessions, etc.) may result in additional charges.
*If you need to reschedule your appointment, an additional deposit will be required.
*Deposits may also be forfeited if any: changes are made to your original appointment, (date ,time, design) no call no shows, or arriving more than 20 minutes late without properlly notifying your artist.
*Deposits may be deducted off the overall cost of the tattoo at the artist's discretion.
*For tattoos that require more than one session, the deposit will NOT be deducted off the overall cost until the final/last appointment.
*Consecutive cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows will result in; forfeit of deposits, cancellation of future appointments.
* *Designs are typically available the day of the appointment
